I'm really impressed with this BIZEWO 4-in-1 milk frother! It froths beautifully every time and handles both hot and cold functions perfectly. I use it regularly for lattes, hot chocolate, and cold foam, and it performs great for all of them. The stainless steel construction feels solid and well-made. It's easy to operate - just add your milk, press a button, and you're done. Cleanup is straightforward too, which is a huge plus for daily use. So far, I haven't had any issues with it. It's consistent, reliable, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. If you're looking for a versatile milk frother that can handle both warm and cold preparations, I highly recommend this one. After trying 3 different frothers prior to this purchase, I finally found the perfect one! It’s affordable, has excellent frothing, and is simple to use. We purchased in May and this week it quit working. I reached out to customer support and got a reply back within the hour giving me troubleshooting instructions along with instructions for proceeding if troubleshooting failed. I sent them a short video of the issues and they quickly responded with a refund and apology. I will be purchasing another one, not only because of the quality of the product but because of how they handled my complaint. Great product with exceptional customer service!

This is a tale of an extraordinary foamer and even more extraordinary customer service. First - the foaming. I've had a number of Nespresso Foamaccinos in different countries. For some reason, it foams up some milks, others not. I've tested theories as to why (it often seems like organic wouldn't foam, which makes no sense, but anyway) - suffice it so say foamless milk from a frother is sad. This foamer, however, has never failed to froth a milk, fresh or old, organic or not. And it has super foam and medium foam (as well as cold foam). So bottom line - it's inexpensive and works great. But, if like me, you appreciate award-winning customer service, read on. I lost the electric base of the foamer - (100% our fault) and tried to buy a replacement. But base-only was not for sale - except for used on E-bay for basically the price of a new one (makes no sense). So on a lark, because I honestly did NOT even expect a reply in this mostly customer service free world - I sent an email. What followed was a beautiful dialogue about the foamer, my wish to BUY a replacement base, and... They sent me a NEW base for free. Now I'm sure I (or they) can't promise to do that. But finding an awesome product backed by a responsive company is about as good as it gets in the cold world of on-line shopping.

I bought this frother on 1/6/24. It quit heating and frothing and won't shut off, just keeps running. I changed the whisk inside and still does not froth or heat. I contacted the company on 1/5/26 to find out about getting a replacement, since the warranty says 2 years. I was told the 2 years was up and I didn’t qualify for a replacement, which I did not understand as the warranty went through 1/6/26. After multiple emails asking why I did not qualify for the warranty, they finally did admit that the conversation I had on 1/5 was in error due to an internal “glitch”, and the warranty was good until 1/6, but still denied a replacement for me. They only offered 10% off after I submitted a video showing what was not working with the unit. This has been a horrible experience and I came out on the short end, even when they admitted it was their error.

I purchased this last May, it works great we love it but the touch screen just randomly broker off…? It still works when I carefully put it on and press the button but, I am worried water may accidentally get in & it is really a hassle. Is there a replacement pitcher?

My daughter received one of these frothers for Christmas last year and I knew I had to buy on the first time I used it! It makes an abundance of thick foamy goodness for your drinks both hot and cold! The design makes It easy to use and with little pictures for each option ( hot froth ( regular and super thick foam) , cold froth, or you can just warm up the milk. It cleans up easily, and is fairly compact so it fits nicely on the counter. This is hands down the best little milk frother out there at a very reasonable price and so far it performs much better than other brands that cost 3 times as much! A word of advice: don’t overfill as a little milk makes a lot of foam and it can overflow if you put too much in.

Very quiet and froths quickly. I loved this so much I bought one for each daughter and then I found out my sister has the same machine. Cleans easily with a rinse and wipe. Grandson uses it for his hot chocolate!
