Build quality is very cheap .not sure how long it will last long Cannot use for calling purposes becouse when you go outside it will grab other surrounding sound and voice will be blocked out even if you get the microphone very closer by the way there is 3 mics 🤣 right .sound quality is normal good on low and mids but it lags when it comes to highs .i searched and bought 1000aed worth of earbuds this is the worst experience when it comes to calling and i prefer going back to iphone wired earpods for better quality soud best microphone exexperience for cacalling and it will be 1/3 of the price of this one .do not want to downgrade this products but its not worthy for the price

Not as expected.

After around 7 months of usage and the earphone is lagging and I have some serious connectivity issues with the earphones. Dual pairing works fine but the switch between devices is terrible. I have to disconnect the earphone from one device to hear the sounds from another device making the dual pairing useless. Recently, sound is getting cut every 5 seconds. I tried everything from disconnecting, forgetting and re-pairing the device but nothing works. Huge disappointment from Boat.

I’m thoroughly impressed with these neckband earphones. The sound quality is exceptionally good, and the active noise cancellation is much better as well.

I specifically bought this to try this product and found that the middle button says adios amigo and nothing more no idea on how to fix it. It’s a shady product do not buy this product.

As per my review the Interface of Boat Hearable is clumsy, Dual connectivity is not smooth EQ Not good. The Ear fitting is good, Better speaker shapes but the Sound is not good and balanced, i tried with tweaking the EQ, did the sound check EQ no use, still not balanced maybe they will fix in their next update, But as a Tech Reviewer, Video and Audio Editor, Till now I will not suggest the Neck band-- You can try CMF Neckband Pro same/equivalent price

After straight four years of using this neckband i am here for tell you the true review point wise. 1.Best active noise cancellation (i am driving all day and using this for pick my call and asked to my knows about my voices, neckbank delivers very clear and reduce atleast 90% of traffic voices.) 2.Battery backup on full charged it delivers straight upto 4-5 days easily . 3.Connectivity is easy to pair with many devices and connect easily withing 10 seconds. 4.Comfort is decent gives you a little uncomfort when you use more than 2 hours . 5.All over it has best active noise cancellation and battery backup. 6.A single drawback is, its buds and ear holding rubber come out frequently and lost too many time and without that it will loose fiting in your ear. 7.But all over value for money. 8.I purchased this neckband four times because i used very roughly but i love this neckband
