Q: Its this a hippa violation if you buy this book? is that why no one reviewed or bought the book?

This is a book of templates for you to use when you pre-round your patients and follow them during their admission. There is no information in it that would violate HIPPA. Like any patient information you collect about a patient, you would have to be sure not to lose it or leave it open in view of others not directly involved in their care.This book is new to Amazon so it's just now starting to be used. Hopefully the reviews will start being added soon.

Q: Could you tell me how many templates are in each notebook, please?

Hi Stacy,There are 50 sets of templates per book, plus a few other pages for phone numbers, calendar, and notes. Each template set consists of four sides (two pages) for the initial history and physical, and two more sides of daily templates, four each side. So if you round once daily you will have enough room for up to an 8 day admission. If you anticipate a longer admission, you can reserve the next set of templates for another full H&P, and 8 more inpatient days. Let me know if you have any other questions! I hope that helps. Rich
