Yes, unless possibly not if purchased “used” from Amazon Warehouse.

Judging from the picture these look counterfeit. has anyone verified them as true oem?

The one I received was oem and worked just fine. Lots of oem parts don't look very impressive, they meet spec as cheaply as possible.
