A good way to patch up leaky gut. I prefer zinc carnosine but this stuff is also a lot cheaper too so.

Only been using for about a week now, so I can't tell the difference yet. I do like this company I brought the team from them in the past however, this powder does not come with the scooper, and makes it hard to measure out.
