**Q: is this a professional drumset?**
A: You can reference my review (abp), but in general I would say this kit is absolutely suitable for live, professional use. I wouldn't necessarily indicate so for recording purposes. It IS a $400 shell-pack drum set, but it sounds great, especially for $400.

**Q: Are the heads good?**
A: There decent, but I got new heads for this kit....pinstripe batters with ambassador bottoms!

**Q: does this item come in 1 box?**
A: Yes it does and you have to take it out and put it together
