I previously used local brand ashwagandha had testosterone boost i feel zero effect with this one after full bottle.

Finished whole bottle but didn't feel even the slightest of effect. Useless for me.

Good Packing, Big Tablet
Tablet too big and have some smell. It's hard to get rid of smell even after leaving bottle opened for 24 hour's. Paid Rs. 500 for 60 Tablet which is very reasonable if it works and gives better sleep.

Best ashwagandha tablet for stress relief
Very good natural quality Aswagandha Tablets from The Old Natural. It's good for Stress, anxiety and immunity...it helps in calming the mind I noticed my behavioral changes. Use with milk for better Result within 15-20 days.. I trust The Old Natural wellness products... Go for it.
