Indian Vegetarian Feast: Fresh, Simple, Healthy Dishes for Today's Family Hardcover – April 2, 2013

This is a good cookbook. It has beautiful photos to please the eye and inspire the cook in you. A great coffee table book that friends will comment on. But it's more at home in the kitchen, haha. There are wonderful sounding recipes that I will definitely try. It's a great go-to for vegetarians. For others, it's a good book to have for Meatless Monday. On other days, I can easily add some chicken or lamb to most of the recipes and have a very healthy and satisfying dinner. I'm very pleased that I ordered this book.

Lots of yummy, easy to reproduce recipes, very nice. The only problem can be finding all the ingredients in the rural US, but most of the recipes are easy to adapt.

Easy to follow, easy to make, scrumptious recipes here. Now have a plethora of vegetarian options to please one and all.

This cookbook is lovely and every recipe I've tried (about 10) is great. However, this book would be difficult to follow for a novice. While the dishes are simple to make, instructions lack stove settings and pan sizing, so you have to be comfortable making those determinations yourself. And while I enjoy her writing style, instructions are written in short paragraphs that I find difficult to quickly scan. All that said, this is one of my favorite cookbooks and one I intend to cook around in more.

The recipes are great; easy to understand. The images even better. I love that the book is solid- thick pages; well made.

Excellent book with novel recipes

A must for lovers of vegetarian food. Nearly every recipe works well. Just adjust the heat to your own requirement.

Quality - Awesome!

We have other cook books by Anjum Anand and have found that we often turn to the recipes, especially mid week as they're straightforward and not too fiddly. Its often difficult to find vegetarian recipes that fit this bill and this book is full of them. We've had vegetarian feast for just a few weeks and its already our go to book for tasty, not too complicated dishes. The recipes are well written and taste authentic.

I enjoyed this one
