Applied as recommended on face. Within 30 minutes the skin turned red and started burning. I had to wash off with soap to soothe the skin. I am perhaps allergic to this, seeking answers from the maker of this product.[UPDATE] The product does say that the redness and burning are expected side-effects and will go away with continued use. Will monitor.
