We bought this display case in 2022. It is a perfect size for what we needed and it suits our decor and theme of our little neighbourhood Mediterranean café. No regrets BUT this morning my Barista messaged me that the glass door was shattered when he came in this morning. Perplexed because they were no signs of a break in I reviewed the security cameras and saw the attached clip. Can someone explain this to me? How can I get a replacement?

We really tried to make it work. Bought it one time from Wayfair. Arrived completely shattered. Second attempt with Amazon. Only one broken panel this time. Third time's the charm? Arrived intact. Looks nice. Then bam, the tray literally exploded into pieces in our hands while we were wiping it down (got it on video...).Needless to say. Piece of junk and $300 down the drain.
