The grinder works so well! It is so fast much faster than I thought. And the customer service is great! I called because one of the little magnets was missing from the filter, it was late, and I was surprised that a customer service agent was available. Next day they sent out the part! The grinder is very fluffy, and it’s easy to hold, it packs practically instantly. You don’t even need to hold onto the on button for long because it just grinds and packs in an instant, it did come charged, but you really should charge it overnight as the directions state. Don’t put too much into the filter because yes, yes, you will will overpack it. I just received it and I would recommend it.

Perfect kind of. Good power, good value. Takes a bit to get the packing just right. Grind just a small amount, remove from tube and pack if you are not able to pack in tube. Then repeat till full. Definitely use less than you think for the first few Js. Guess cleaning is easy depending on the flower. Trichomes Seem to stick as they kind of get separated a bit but the included brush seems to work well till the sticky Trichomes stick. I’ve shared a few Js at work and coworkers like these. I should be a representative for the company as I’ve yet to find anyone who has seen or heard of this awesome product/tool.

This thing is awesome! The Wakit RollBotz makes grinding and filling cones super quick and easy. The bead grinder gives a perfect, fluffy grind every time, and the little funnel makes filling clean with zero mess. I love that it’s USB chargeable—no batteries to worry about—and the red color looks great in person. It’s fast, fun to use, and does exactly what it says it will. Honestly one of the best gadgets I’ve bought in a long time—it’s the only thing I use to fill my cones!

UPDATE: I was able to charge this item once. 2nd charge, the light doesn’t come on when i plug it in. i let it charge overnight (at least 10 hours) and the battery wouldn’t last long enough for one cone. I am sorely disappointed because i was really getting the hang of using this thing. One star, the product went bad one day after the return window. I plan on reaching out to the company to see what they can do for me. If they appropriately rectify this situation i will update my review. i absolutely love this product. it just arrived today, so i cannot attest to the longevity of it (at this price, im not too concerned). however, i can say without a doubt this is the best gadget for cones hands down. the grinding mechanism works fantastic, the versatility to use shorties and king cones is great, and the overall function of this gadget is going to save me so much time and herb. i tend to be heavy handed when packing cones and this is going to provide me with an even and (relatively) consistent pack every time. the sequence of events and handling take some getting used to but i was able to fill 10 cones in no time at all once i got the hang of it. i will probably order some of those specialty pipe cleaners to reach the narrowest part of the tube where the included brush can’t reach. if i could knock off half a star for this i would, but this product is beneficial in so many other ways and this is a simple fix, so five stars from me.

Others have mentioned and it's in the instructions. But don't put too much inside. You will just have extra. (Most cones hold 1.25 gm.) I found that putting a small amount in and tamping it before adding the last bit worked out well. All in all, it's easy and does a great job. It's goofy looking and could really use a travel case. It does a good job but it's not perfect by any means.

This item worked very good and just as advertised I filled a pack of 50 cone in less than 2 hours, take your time and pack the cone tight for better experience

First of all, this product rarely needs charging. On our first day we rolled 150 joints and it still had battery power left. I bought this as a gift for my friend. Once I saw how good it was I had to have one It is simple to use and works very fast. The quality of the joints is great. I also really like the chain grinder portion. It doesn’t get stuck, or clogged like other grinders. I would even recommend getting it to use just as a grinder. The consistency is very uniform. I tell everyone about it
