Bayer Dermoscent Essential 6 Spot On Skin Care for Cats Pet Itch Remedies

I have purchased 2 prior Dermoscent Essential 4 pipettes that have worked very well to keep my cats skin and fur in very good condition. I am very happy and impressed with this product and it is worth every penny!

Although I read reviews regularly, I admit I rarely write them. But I have to write one for this product. My 14 year-old cat has very dry skin and dandruff. She gets fish oil on a daily basis. But still has so much dandruff and sheds an absurd amount. I started using this product two weeks ago and the difference is astonishing. There is virtually no dandruff and her fur is soft and silky. Far less shedding than before. I just did a subscription for this product. It’s not cheap, but it works.

The product is good and I used it on my cat before, but BEWARE that the box is is no way sealed, the pipettes don’t stay in their slotted places and I have just received a box that only contained 2 pipettes not 6. I will be returning it immediately

We have become the family of a very long-haired, grouchy cat with dreads. We took her to the vet and had them shaved off -- she wouldn't allow us to touch them at all, but kitty submitted to these competent "others" quite cheerfully without drugs! Then we began using Dermoscent Essential 6 Spot-On once weekly. {We trained kitty to sit still for application (and even for a little brushing!) using Temptations treats}. I like the scent ~ it is a little spicy, like nutmeg and lemon. The scent wears off after about 2 days. I haven't noticed it getting on any of our household items anyway; it seems to stay just on the cat. The Dermoscent leaves a spot on her back, but it seems to harden rather than remain oily. She lies down shortly after, and licks it off (and works it in, too, I think). I think it may work both internally & externally to improve the quality of the fur. We also switched her diet to a prepared food called Instinct Raw, in order to help improve her coat condition, It seems like dried out hair may be more prone to tangling, matting & dreading. We also removed her from the stressful situation she was in with another cat, which was making her hide under hair-matting furniture. We have only been doing these things for 3 weeks, and we see a big change.

The advertising led me to believe that this product would help with my cats hair loss. I have seen absolutely no difference in the affected area. The area is a non-infected hotspot that I thought this product would help stop.

My vet recommended this product. Worked really well for my black cat's dry skin. And smells amazing. Despite the price, I have purchased more than once.

I use this medicine on my two cats, and it really works. Little to no shedding. I was so happy when the Vet of my two cats doctor recommended it to me. I continue to buy it monthly now.

Es la segunda vez que compro estas pipetas y son una maravilla. Tengo un gato negro de pelo largo y al llegar la época de muda el pelo se le quedaba sin brillo, apelmazado se le formaban muchos nudos y con mucha caspa. La primera vez que se las apliqué, ya noté que con la primera la mejoría era espectacular, la caspa disminuyó, el cepillado era más fácil porque el pelo quedaba más suave e incluso quitarle los nudos me resultó más sencillo. El olor al principio no me gustó mucho, pero viendo los beneficios y que a mi gato parece no molestarle, seguiré aplicándoselas. Hacía tiempo que no tenía el pelo tan bonito y la caspa ha desaparecido. Las recomiendo

Seems to be helping already, three doses in. My elderly cats coat has gone from super dry to now quite glossy and healthier.. He has CKD and has hydrotherapy regularly and can get quite matted too, so work in progress there. Will know in a few weeks if this continues to maintain an improved coat.

Hatte es von meiner Tierärztin empfohlen bekommen und zu erst über sie bezogen. Ich benutze es gerne nach Bedarf bei meiner Perserdame zum Winter hin. Sie bekommt dann so leicht trockene Haut und Fell. Es riecht toll und man sieht sehr schnell den positiven Effekt auf Haut und Fell. Geschmeidige Haut und glänzendes Fell. Auch wenn meine Prinzessin wohl eher nur einen Stern geben würde. Bei meiner Maicon hilft es bei ihrem Stress-Fell-Ausfall, wenn sie mal wieder auf Diät gesetzt wird.

Unsere Kätzin hasst es beim auftragen (ölig) aber es wirkt Wunder. Als wir sie aus dem Tierheim bekamen hatte sie entzündete Ohrmuscheln, leuchtend rot und heiß, die trotz Behandlung nicht besser werden wollten. Die Tierärztin riet dann zu diesem Produkt und nach zweimaliger Anwendung war alles weg. Seither verwenden wir es alle paar Monate prophylaktisch. Der Duft nach Kräutern ist sehr angenehm.
