Alot to say. First amazing delivery on time, called the day before and also a hour before delivery. Unfortunately there was only one delivery guy so I'm glad my partner took the day off work or it would never of got in this is because I have a very awkward house and after alot of trying 3 doors later it was all in. With the delivery guy and my partner working as a team. Sofa is lovely, colours are amazing. It's not a sink In sofa but it does the job (Firm seating) but after having such a bad back from my sofa that was falling apart my back no longer hurts 😊 Another issue I found is that the bottom legs are hard to put in as there is no holes as guidance but after alot of trying and borrowing a drill from next door they where in. Its a lovely sofa and worth the money but the one other issue I have is that there is no grip on the puffs so if I put my feet up they side on the flooring. Trying to find hooks to keep them all together has been abit of a problem but I'm sure I'll figure something out. Dispute this I am 100% happy with this product and customer service. And its recommended if you can just sort out the little issues. Thank you for an amazing deal

do NOT buy from this seller, i bought my sofa in february and had nothing but trouble, sofa was full of marks and missing legs, took me ages to get a response an sort it out, i had £100 back thats it, its already broken, the wood inside is rotten and made out of awful thin wood, its falling apart, im left without a sofa an not getting a response to sort this out, awful company buy your sofa else where an stay away

This unit is gorgeous. The delivery team were excellent and helped to ensure the product was put in the right area of my home. The size is just perfect and the chenille texture is lovely. The colour is also a beautiful mix between cream and grey chenille. A light truffle! The delivery also came 4 days earlier then expected which was a lovely Suprise x

We got our sofa delivered yesterday, earlier than expected, it was bigger than I expected but love how big it is! It's firm but still comfy, i got the exact colour I asked for, the only problem is the sofa feet are black & the puffet feet are silver, the quality & fabric is absolutely amazing, it was worth every single penny!! When I contacted the seller, replies was prompt. I would highly recommend the seller & this sofa!!! Thank you so much x

The sofa is so comfortable and huge! Lovely and firm and shoutout to the delivery driver for helping my partner bring everything in. Would highly recommend. The team have been easy to contact as well regarding delivery.

Im not at all happy with this company! I was not sent the sofa in the image that I purchased. I have now been refunded, I have been given 2 separate collection dates for this sofa to be picked up, and I’m now being ignored by the company. This company is providing poor quality copies of the advertised image, avoid at all costs!! Below are some of my issues - 1. In the image the sofa has silver feet, my sofa has came with 1 silver foot and the rest are black? 2. Sofa in the image shows little lips around the cushions. Mine does not have. 3. The cushions do not fit the shape of the sofa, 4. The cushions do not fit the covers, even with manipulation of the inserts there’s still gaps! 5. There is a staple sticking out of the front of the sofa, I cut my leg on it while moving it. Health and safety hazard!! The stitching is horrendous and the fabric is cheap feeling.

Fast delivery arrived on the day stated, delivery drivers were amazing and called to keep me updated on delivery time, sofa is excellent quality and fabulous value for money, I'm over the moon with it, 5 stars

Really stunning sofa, looks just like the picture. Only fault is the middle sofa cushion that you sit on is ridiculously hard! Everything else is great.
