I had told them I sent Shelby Tess a gift WEEKS ago and checked in with them. For nothing to arrive is beyond disappointing. I would like to a full refund for this product right away.

I put this in my teenage daughters room. aside from the individual letters. it was easy to put up and my daughter loves it - which is a plus
