Does it beat going to the gym? NoIs it the best home gym option for the space and budget limited? In my opinion, YESIt is very versatile, you can use any nylon bands you may already have along with it to increase the resistance, and it stores away taking up almost no space at all. If you want to increase resistance, just get a few more bands (which are cheap and take up virtually no space). I have used a 70lb. band on it with no issuesThe platform has been surprisingly durable. The bar is very nice and sturdy. I understand the choice of bands, because they hold up better than nylon tubes. They can bunch up at times though, especially if you start stacking bands to increase resistance. Once you figure it out though, you can work around that relatively easy.I would advise this for anyone looking for an affordable, versatile option that can serve most any resistance exercise demand and stores away using VERY little space.

- Very easy to assemble and use.- I haven't had it long enough to give a sturdiness rating but I am a dense 225 pounds and it held me without snapping in half.- the resistance band is a little light for me but does give a fair amount of tension if the exercise directions are followed.- got the pink band cover and the material is thick and feels like it is of good quality to protect the band, plus really brightly colored. (my wife's favorite color is pink and she loves it)- I bought some additional bands from another vendor and will update on the sturdiness of the bar and platform after I use them (and read max function weight, lol)- I suggest buying a bench or yoga blocks to help with chest presses, etc.All in all, I feel like it is a really good buy, especially with all the gyms closed for who knows how long. Easy way to grab a quick workout on the way to the fridge for a snack :-)

I've been into weight training for a while now and I love this home gym! Recently, I haven't been able to make it to the gym as much due to work and trips, which is when I found BodyBoss. I was surprised at how the hard the resistance can get (and be able to vary it) to really make it such a good workout! There's so many exercises you're able to do which enables me to add variations to my workouts. Plus, it's compact and easy to use which makes taking it on trips great. Definitely recommend!!

The Body Boss 2.0 is VERY portable with minimal space required for transport. It arrives in a colorful box with everything inside very well secured and is a very pleasing to the eyes upon opening. Upon the initial opening and unpacking, of the box, I was very impressed with the quality of the components. I originally had concerns the platform would not be stable enough or sturdy, but much to my surprise it was both sturdy and stable. This is of particular importance to me as I hope to get this product in use by many truck drivers! I do wish they would make the following improvements: 1. varying weights of resistance bands (contacted them and they are already working on them), and 2. a printed set of instructions, they do email you a pdf of instructions but as a trucker, I have limited access to printing so already done would be great! The Body Boss 2.0 does come with access to to Body boss tv which has a nice variety of workouts. As an OTR Truck Driver, I have tried many different forms of exercise, everything from pure body weight resistance to resistance bands and elastic bands, and have even tried to carry a set of free weights in the truck. Body Boss 2.0 is by far the best option I have used or seen to date. I have not yet put it fully to use due to an injury sustained in a accident shortly after ordering, but I am utilizing it in a series of different exercises designed specifically by my physical therapist using the Body Boss 2.0. I took it in to the office and he was quite impressed, and felt it would beneficial to others as well. If you are looking for an easy to use portable home gym, this is it! I would suggest order the exercise wheel at the same time. Having spent a lifetime focused on fitness and utilizing much gym equipment, I do strongly feel you can achieve gym quality results, at home or on the go using the Body Boss 2.0. I did have one clip on the end of a band that was faulty, but usable. I have contacted customer service and they are sending out a replacement which I am sure should arrive soon, I'll post here when it does. Great Customer service, amazing, well made product and when they release the new bands and a printed book, this will bump to 5 stars.

I had looked at this product in the past, but couldn't justify purchasing it at the time because I had a gym membership and I didn't really NEED it. However, I came back to look at this as soon as my gym was closed due to COVID.This thing is great, and the possibilities of what you can do with it are endless! and since most people spend $500 - $2500 building a home gym, I'd say it's a pretty big bang for your buck. It's also light, so it's extremely easy to move from one place to another if you need to!I had read some reviews around the internet that complained about not being able to get enough resistance in the bands that are included, or not having enough variation with resistance, but I would absolutely disagree. There are like 10 hooks/loops on the base, and the resistance bands can be woven through and/or attached to any one of them, allowing for so many variations in resistance. My husband and I both use this (he is 6'2" and I am 5'2") and there are enough variations in resistance to fit both of our needs in any workout.If you have been looking for something to replace your gym during quarantine , or just in the market for some home gym equipment, I would not hesitate to buy this. It's a great value for the price!
