You may need more than one
These do work and give you good quality sleep but one capsule only gets me to 4.30am so I need 2 and that makes an already expensive product prohibitive. There are other products out there with BBL 1714 admittedly none with only BBL 1714, but I will try them to see if I can get a good night's sleep without breaking the bank.

My sleep was significantly improved with two doses. It remains to be seen if the beneficial micro-organisms will establish themselves in my gut or not. COMMENT: Several reviewers have mentioned that the products “were expired” and cited the dates on the bottom of the bottles as evidence. The dates on the bottom of the bottles are MANUFACTURING dates, not expiration dates, so of course those dates are in the past. That is not a valid reason to reject the bottles.

If you’re looking for the quality sleep without the grogginess the next morning, this is it. The other over the counter sleep aid is junk compared to this. ZenBiome promotes a natural state of quality sleep. Wake up well rested and clear minded.

Does not induce sleep at all. Tried 1 first night then 2 second night. All I got was nausea and heartburn.
