Norelco Multigroom All-in-One Trimmer Series 3000 with 13 pieces - No Blade Oil Needed, MG3750/50

I tried a $30 trimmer previously, with all kinds of attachments, and adjustable guards and combs, and I have to say there is something to be said for simplicity! No frills, bells, or whistles - came with exactly what I needed - simple brown cardboard packaging, simple instructions, an assortment of guards, and some extra heads for detail and ear/nose trimming. The guard combs are comfortable, and unlike the more expensive razor I tried before, trims smoothly without pulling hair. The blade cuts well, and quickly trimmed down my beard, which had gotten longer than I realized. It doesn't bog down or jam with thick hair, and trims very well. I also was able to edge, and clean up my neck without any trouble. I like that this unit does not come with a big gaudy holder which only takes up shelf space. I only ever use 1 or 2 accessories anyhow, so the ones I don't use as much I can leave in the included pouch and put them away, dust free (can't say the same for a caddy that just takes valuable shelf space and only collects dust and grime!). Anyway, this trimmer works great for me, and was a good value! I didn't get a chance to use it long enough to rate the battery life, but I expect it will be just fine. Edit: I've been using this a while now and it rarely needs charging. Battery lasts a good long while and I am very happy with it so far!

I originally bought this for clients at work. (I worked at a nursing/rehab facility) they would come in, need a shave & not have a razor & the ones we provided were one blade & awful! Once I left, I brought it home & it became the dog's razor. I shave my puggle. (Yes.. my luggage. He loves it!) It only came with a few different extensions, and a little cheap bag. The battery lasted quite a while every time id charge it. My fiancée also uses it to shave his back. (Er, technically, I use it). It doesn't require any oil. You can rinse it with water (just make sure you let it fully dry before using again). Anyways.. I'd say it got used at least twice a month between my fiancée & the dog. The dog used the middle size, and no cover at all for my fiancée. After 4 years, its finally died. I'm not sure whats wrong with it. I charge it, and it will turn on and shave & then die randomly & turn back on randomly. I like the fact that I can take the entire head off, and clean inside. I like that I can clean where the actual blade is. Id recommend this, if you're looking for something that's quick, cheap, and effective. If youre looking to shave your head, back, or dog, its amazing. If you are looking to do your nose, and intricate designs, or a few different sizes, id recommend going with something else. The blade is sharp, and never lost its dullness. But, like I said, it only came with a few different sizes. The little carry case is a cheap, pos. Although, I still have mine, fully intact. Its nothing fancy, but if you're on the go, I'd recommend upgrading to your own travel case. If its going to sit in the bag, on a shelf, in your bathroom, it should be fine. Using it for more than 3years. i recommend to by for day to day use. Easy of use and good battery backup

I've been using this trimmer for about a year now and have enjoyed it. The attachments work well and being cordless it's pretty versatile and easy to clean. Even the nose trimmer is a handy accessory that I've made use of. That being said, like many of the negative reviews, my unit did suddenly die one day and refused to charge. Those same negative reviews also state that you can't reach the seller directly but I just want to mention that you CAN go directly to the Philips Norelco website and start a customer support ticket there directly. You need the SN on the back of the unit's handle and your Amazon purchase date which should be easy enough to find. These guys have a 2-year warranty on them and the seller was willing to send out a replacement unit (you do have to send the defective unit back). So overall I still dock a star because the issue with the units just mysteriously dying after a few months to about a year is a real thing but they have good customer support.

Very pleased with this trimmer. They give you plenty of attachments and the small one is perfect for detail work around my beard. The teeth seem to move more rapidly than other trimmers I've owned, which seems to make it do a better job. It is well designed and feels solid. I would highly recommend this trimmer. How I review: When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. I then add and/subtract stars based on certain criteria as listed below. 1. If an item is exactly what I expected and nothing more it will receive a four star rating 2. If an item surpasses my expectations it will gain a star (5 Stars) 3. If an item goes slightly below my expectations it will lose a star (3 Stars) 4. If the instructions for the product (if needed) are poorly written (hard to understand due to language issues or grammar) or just too hard to follow it will lose a star no matter if the product meets or exceed my expectations 5. If a product is significantly below my expectations I will deduct two stars 6. It will be rare that I would give a product one star since I buy mostly items that have a 4+ rating but in rare instances there may be a good reason that even a four star product receives a one star rating from me. It could be because of customer service issues from the company but whatever the case is I will clearly explain my reason for giving a product only one star

Only turns on sometimes after 6 years. I could probably keep using it with the annoyance but I'll probably upgrade to a better Philips trimmer. Definitely recommend, if the same quality it's well worth the money.

Compré esta cortadora Phillips después de olvidar una Braun que tenía (que luego encontré de nuevo). De cualquier manera funciona perfectamente bien. La batería dura y la uso cada 3 días porque al ser calvo me rasuro la cabeza con regularidad y sin cargarla a menudo. Lo único que no destacaría es que los números 3,4,5,6 y 7 vienen en un único cabezal con una palanquita que regula que número vas a usar (no son 5 cabezales independientes sino que todos los números están en el mismo) así que si lo pierdes te quedas sin 5 números de corte. Por lo demás es muy compacta casi cabe en el bolsillo y muy completa. Cumple de sobra.

Precio muy adecuado y bastante funcional la máquina, dura mucho la batería y las diferentes medidas para recorte son útiles. Lo uso para la barba y me tiene muy conforme. Buen producto.

Fait bien son travail.

Utilizzo questo rasoio quasi tutti i giorni per regolare la lunghezza della barba; le lame tagliano bene, l'operazione richiede meno di un minuto e per tale scopo la carica dura tantissimo. L'ho anche usato un paio di volte per tagliarmi i capelli corti da solo; in tal caso servono diverse passate e molta pazienza per fare un buon lavoro (ovviamente i capelli devono essere stati prima lavati e asciugati con il phon per dargli volume). Una carica completa fornisce circa un'ora di autonomia, ma sono necessarie 16 ore di ricarica (secondo il manuale), è bene quindi pianificare lunghe operazioni in anticipo. Dotato di molteplici accessori, in sostanza lo trovo un buon prodotto. Spero che duri.
