In addition it protects from interior damage due to the "direct" rays of the sun. This coupled with tinted windows will add a little life to your vehicle' interior. It's a quality made product but a little expensive.

It’s supposed to be for the 50th edition Camaro which I own so I thought it would fit but there’s a lot of gaps and the thread was loose on it and it’s very stiff and hard to maneuver. It does look good on the outside though but I expected more for the cost. I would expect to pay maybe $60 not more. The loose threads were not quality manufacturing.
