It looks great, it was fairly easy to assemble (other than the top part). -top part was kind of tricky to screw in. It felt like the screws were too short, but they weren’t. - The lock part is also important, even if you are too exhausted from assembling the top part, do it! - And then fasten it up too, with your own device as no lock is included. The wind will blow it open… Once it is all done it is really quite a wonderful deck storage unit.

Excelente caja para almacén, la ocupe para guardar cosas de jardín y tenerla cerca del patio, el plástico se siente de buena calidad, el color combina con mi casa, se ve moderna. Viene desarmada, pero no es difícil de armar, no ocupas herramientas. Muy buena caja, compraría otra sin problema.

The unit I received was missing an end cap for the top section. I contacted East Oak directly via phone. To my surprise my call was answered by a real person. She said I would receive an email form to complete and return. That arrived in about a minute. On the form, I explained the issue and returned. The next business day I received a reply that they were sending me the missing part and thanked me for my patience. I replied requesting a tracking number and they quickly responded with it. The part was sent from California to me in Buffalo NY via USPS. It arrived in about 4 days. The part fit perfectly. I'm giving them a full 5 stars for both the product and especially for their great customer service. I had read other reviews that said the unit is not waterproof. One of the reviews said they were advised by East Oak to apply some silicone seal where the top unit, which is two pieces, join together. I did that but haven't had any rain yet. I suggest applying silicone on all seams as it is assembled. I think that would definitely help with water intrusion. My unit was fully assembled when I applied silicone to just the top seam. I''m hopeful. I read other reviews describing the top as really poor quality. The unit I received, which is the 150 gallon unit, has a top that seems of good quality to me. It holds it shape well when opened and closed. It stays open by itself just fine and closes nicely thanks to the cylinders on the hinges.
