Nice long cord to the wall. The corded plugs eliminate the headache of a wall wart (power adaptors) fitting next to each other or blocking needed receptacles. The USB port seems to work ok. With the modern devices using 3.0A chargers now, the 2.0A is a little obsolete. It actually does not work with my Samsung wireless QI charging base (Model EP-PN920) even though it should (it's rated 5.0V@2A/9V1.67A). I may have to check the actual draw and charging port output. But I overlooked the fact it even had this option, so it was just a bonus. Overall, quite satisfied. If it holds up for a long time, I may buy another.

We run an acoustic-electric duo off of this — it powers our PA, pedal board, mixer, computer w/audio interface, lights, tablet, phone, mic preamps, electric guitar amp and three stage lights. Having the pigtails is awesome, since I have multiple 9V transformers running in my rig. It got rid of all our EMI issues. I built a small wood riser so the pigtails and all the wall warts can tuck underneath on stage to clean things up visually. The only issue I have is that the packaging could use a little more thought. Like others, mine arrived with the rack mount ears bent from a shipping impact. I’m not going to worry about it, because I don’t have a rack.

This rack power supply was installed in a unique home audio set-up, within a built-in bookcase, powering a tube amp/receiver, CD multiplayer/radio rack unit, rack-drawer mounted turntable and an RCA switcher. There are way more outlets than needed but Pyle's innovation shines with this setup, as a mixture of wall warts and standard 3-prong plugs can be installed next to each other. The USB port in front is used to charge phones and an electronic sheet music pedal switch. The other front outlets are used to power an occasional mixer that is connected to the audio system. So far, the quality is superb and functionality exactly what I needed!

The Audio power supply arrived quickly and as described. Having the individual power outlets on flexible 6" extension, makes it possible to plug more devices into a single rack based power distribution hub. It appears to be well built and has been functioning as promised. Very pleased! One note of concern: The unit that arrived at my doorstep had a width greater than 19"'s. As such, it didn't fit in the rack, without modification. For me, a little Dremel work solved the problem.

First thing I noticed was it didn't fit in a 19 inch track. Second, it's not a power conditioner. Possibly not even a surge protector. It's dangerous to lie to people about something like that! Feeling mislead by Amazon and this seller. Not even sure this thing is safe.

great product; works well only complaint, like others have mentioned is that the 1U mounting brackets are not to spec; needed to enlarge the holes with a drill in order to properly align and mount this power supply to a rack Sad that they cannot fix this simple manufacturer/supplier issue that has been reported now for years on many of their power supplies. Otherwise a solid product.

Arrived fully functional, USB 5V 2A charging works. All plugs tested and working. I like that it has removable feet and a very long cable. Fits perfectly fine into my 19" rack.
