No the Milwaukee has two extra post and different angle of the locking device, very close but different

That’s going to depend on how heavily you use it. That being said, I used the cordless wrench to dismantle my toyota van to install a new water pump, cam/crank seals and timing belt. It made it through that one the out-of-the-box charge. And lasted a couple more weeks through some car repairs that my husband did to his car. I was pleasantly surprised how long it lasted.
