This is a very good product. I work in a wearhouse and live in Texas. As far as the battery life goes, when just using the fan on low the battery last like the ad says up to 18 hrs. Now that is just the fan.I know that when you run the fan on high with the cooler on the battery life only last about 1 1/2 hours.Once you turn on the cooler part with the fan it uses the fan faster. So I turn on the cooler on just to cool me down then shut the cooler off to save battery.It is very light weight and very easy to use. All in all this is a great product and would recommend it.

This product is more like a fan than air conditioner.

This only blows around ambient air so if is 90° out you are blasted with 90° air. Definitely not s solution if you are hoping to cool off while you are working outside in the heat.
