I bought this 100-piece kit to polish guitar frets after leveling, and they work great! They are the perfect size for getting between the frets, and when paired with a quality polish compound, they bring the nickel frets to a mirror shine very quickly. This makes the final crowning and polishing step much faster and less strenuous than doing it by hand. You get a ton of wheels for the price, so you don't feel bad about tossing one when it gets gunky. Essential for any guitar technician doing fret work.

This set is fantastic for the price! I love that it comes with so many different sizes and shapes—it makes it easy to tackle all kinds of polishing projects. I’ve used them on metal, glass, and even jewelry, and they leave everything looking shiny and new. They fit perfectly in my Dremel, and it’s nice having extras since they do wear down with use. Definitely a must-have for anyone who likes DIY projects or just keeping things polished up at home.

Don’t be fooled by the small box. It is packed. Haven’t used anything yet, but the pads appear to be of high quality. Good value for the money.

These polishing wheels and buffing wheels worked perfectly with my Dremel and craftsman rotary tools. They are exactly what I needed to clean and polish coins and jewelry that I have.

Great little kit !

We have some very expensive bath fixtures and I noticed recently that the prices for replacements have DOUBLED (literally) since we installed them bout 7 years ago. So I decided they deserved some love and I busted out some chrome polish and my Dremel. Unfortunately the polishing pads that came with my Dremel would work for about 2-3 minutes and then just spin on the mandrel - the material was not compressed tightly enough to keep them anchored. When I tried some of these pads I was blown away at how much better they worked! they stay on the mandrel, despite applying moderate pressure at low to medium speeds (which on a Dremel is pretty fast!). They also really hold together well and don't fall apart for a long time. It took me about 3 of the original polishing pads to do half a faucet and then I was able to finish the faucet and do the tub spout, diverter valve cover plate, temp control cover plate and hand shower mount with another single one of these pads!

You get a lot in this little kit, but the one drawback is that the mandrel, which is the spike with the screw top that you would put the little buffer pads onto is actually longer than the buffer pad is thick. What this means is when you put a buffing pad or polishing pad onto the mandrel you have a sharp metal point sticking out of the top of the pad, so keep that in mind while you’re trying to polish something so you don’t end up scratching the item that you’re polishing even more. That would be devastating. I don’t know how to solve this problem since the Screw top portion on the mandrel is longer than the pads are thick?
