A pretty good looking mobile organizer
This was quite easy to assemble and was completed within 20 minutes. I love the chrome accents and the perforated top shelf with easy to reach handles. My only suggestion is that the white drawers should have been yellow to simulate a rainbow in the "ROYGBIV" (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet) color sequence. The drawer knobs are chrome plated plastic while the tubing and top shelf are made of steel just to let you know. I found the all the sharp edges mentioned in other reviews actually wind up be located on the interior so there is no danger of being cut in normal usage.

Love my new makeup/hair beauty cart. Would also be perfect as a craft cart.
I purchased this to store my makeup and hair products in. I read quite a few reviews that said it wouldn't hold anything heavy. I have 4 large cans of hairspray, mousse, or other hair products in several of the smaller drawers. I have a hairdryer, 3 brushes, and a hand mirror in one of the larger drawers. I also placed 4 curling irons & a Chi hair straightener in one large draw. Another large drawer is full with every eyeshadow palette & single that I own (I have a lot). I used one small drawer for primers, foundations, concealers, blushes, & contouring powder, another for eyeliners, mascaras, eyebrow cream, and my eyelash curler. I devoted one drawer just to brushes. One of the large drawers holds my moisturizers & serums. One of the large drawers is occupied with my acrylic lipstick holder which holds all my lipsticks with the name end showing so I can quickly choose a lipstick. I love how organized everything is. No more digging through a Caboodle or acrylic makeup holder to find what I want. I still have an empty drawer. I didn't overfill any of the drawers. So, I haven't had any problems with the drawers. I owned a similar type of cart for my adult coloring items. So, I know that some plastic can be shaved off the drawers when you first slide them in & out. Just like my original, this did happen on a couple of drawers at first. It was minimal & now all the drawers work smoothly. I keep the cart in a spare room that I use to do my hair & makeup in as well as for sewing or crafting. It rolls smoothly into place so I can sit down to do my hair & makeup. I love being able to quickly reach into the drawer for what I need & quickly return what I was using. It actually cuts down on the time it takes me to get ready. The cart is easy to assemble & comes with the hex tool needed to tighten the screws. I keep that tool in the bottom drawer in case a screw should loosen. I was out of Loctite when I put this together. But, it can be used on the screws later. You simply put plastic under the cart in case you drip some of the Loctite, unscrew your screw, put a little Loctite on the screw, & retighten it. I would tell you to wait to do this until you are sure that this is the cart for you. You don't want to put it on all the screws only to discover that you don't want the cart. This is fantastic for a mobile beauty cart, a craft cart, or even for extra organization in a walkin closet or pantry. The wheels roll smoothly on carpet & it does have 2 locking casters so it will stay where you put it. I highly recommend this storage cart. Simply use common sense when you are filling the drawers and you shouldn't have any problems. Obviously, if you are going to be storing heavy objects, you should look for a more heavy duty solution. I have a lot of items stored in this cart & it's working great.

* Nice size drawers...but they need one modification
Very close to what I wanted.Pros:* Nice size drawers, and the right number of each;* Sturdy enough for office supplies;* Rolls easily, and locks;* The drawer slides on my unit have enough clearance to slide but not so much play that the drawers fell downward out of their tracks, as happened for other users. I can push down inside the drawers and but they won't pop out. Pay attention to the washer orientation when you assemble, as others have noted. It's important.* "Soft" polypropylene drawer. I didn't want that stiff acrylic-like material that cracks and scratches easily. I wanted the sorta flexible, translucent material used in the standard plastic "shoebox" you can buy for storing items. I looked everywhere trying to figure out what the material felt like. Also, it's translucent but not matte. There. That's for you, my fellow OCDians.Cons:* This is the biggie. Even though there is enough clearance between the drawers and their metal channels to slide easily, the channels have a sharp edge on the forward side, so that every time you push a drawer back in, the bottom catches. Probably shaving off little bits of the drawer each time. Super irritating. You have to wiggle the drawer when it catches to keep pushing inward. Errr. I tried putting some soap in the channel, but no joy. It's the sharpness that's the issue for sure. The only solution is to lift UP the drawer by the knob as you push it closed. Then the drawer bottom can't catch. I would knock off two stars for this irritant but added one star back for the price, which even the Queen of Carp can't carp about much. I would have paid an extra $20 for better slides, though.* The top metal shelf is on the flimsy side. It's fine for a small scanner and some paper inboxes, but expect it to bow downward. Not a huge issue unless you plan on putting your vintage 30 lb iMac on it. Bad, bad idea.* I wouldn't call the frame "sturdy." More like adequate. There's a little wiggle to it, but for office supplies/lightweight items, not a big deal.Pretty good for what it is, at this price. Y'all stay organized out there.UPDATE:So I've had these drawers for a few weeks and am still pleased...except for those stupid metal channels shaving off the bottom of the runners of the plastic drawers. One drawer already has a catch in it because of this design flaw. Here is an inelegant but workable solution: get some electrical tape or other slick tape and use a small amount to wrap around the front edge of the metal channel. In my case, I had some scraps of those adhesive labels you get with a Brother label-maker. I've always hated that Brother designed them to have waste for each label you make. Heh, now I found a good use for those scraps. I wrapped the front edge of each bottom of the metal drawer channels, and now the drawers slide much more smoothly. I also wrapped the vertical part of the channel on one glide. Hope this helps someone.

A nice inexpensive product for organizing the home, but not has sharp edges.
I use this to organize my office and craft space, so the sharp edges are not a problem, but I might be concerned giving it to a younger child. I'm also slightly concerned that I might accidentally cut myself, if I pull out one of the drawers in a hurry. Most of the frame is smooth, but the railings into which the drawers slide have sharp edges. Not intentionally sharp, but not dulled either. Ideally they should be folded(rolled? I'm not a metalsmith) back in on themselves so any sharpness from cutting them out becomes a smooth edge.I also find the top edge of the rails redundant, only serving to make the drawers easier to align (I like to pull them out of the unit and transfer them to my workspace). I think an L shaped design on the bottom(with the edges guarded as previously mentioned) would make for a much better design.

Good craft cart. I do find it a bit expensive though.

Good Points and Bad Points!
Great idea but poor quality drawers. They cracked and broke apart very quickly. Nothing heavy or sharp was placed in them. The Frame is well made and sturdy. I would only purchase again if the drawers were made with stronger plastic.
