Good fit
There are lots of converters for sale. This is good quality. Converters can be propietary for some pens. So, read before purchase. Standard converters fit most pens, but not Parker.

How to make this fit in Parker IM
Nice converter, but didn't quire fit all the way in my Parker IM 1931648. Was just a bit too long, wouldn't let it the nib assembly screw in all the way. Solution--take some fine sand paper and sand down all around the SIDES of the black plastic twist end of the converter just on the tip of the black plastic. Just a little bit of rounding on the end tip. The black plastic sands down easily. And then it fit my Parker IM just fine.

As easy as they come
This worked exactly as expected right out of the box. I've used the pen quite a bit, and the ink flow has been consistent and fills easily by putting the nib into the ink bottle. Absolutely no complaints beyond wishing that it would have come with the Parker IM fountain pen I'd purchased earlier in the year. Definitely not going back to the disposable cartridges after this.
