My wife ordered this so I looked at the reviews and some folks really thought it was crap. Well sometimes you get crap even if you buy the best brands. The one we got, the clock works well, the ticking is not loud like some folks say (they must live in a tomb), the temperature gauge seems to be correct and the timer works great. It also does its ring-ding thing for more than just a ding as one comment said. On ours, you don't even have to turn the timer all the way around then back to reset it. Just set it and it'll definitely let you know when "time's up." We like the retro look for our kitchen.

Bigger than I thought but that’s ok. Cooking alarm isn’t working. But clock is. I assume the temp gauge is. I attached mine with double sided tape.

I'm restoring my coastal 1940 brick house, from a mixed mess to vintage style. Until I replace my 1970s range with my 1940s range, I needed a timer, and a clock that didn't need resetting with every blip in the power lines due to winter storms. This looks cute, and tells the time. The timer is cute, but doesn't work well for short - 10-15 minute - lengths. When it does ring, it's an extremely short 'ring' sound - like an old alarm clock, but is about as long and loud as a fork dropped on a kitchen floor. The ticking is noticeable, which is part of the retro vibe, and the red is bright & shiny. It works, looks cute, and is simple to use. It works in my small home - but I bought it more for the look than precision.

I decided to redo my kitchen in retro look. This clock looks great and I like the idea that it has a timer.

Clock works, timer works, thermometer does not. Takes 1 AA battery. It looks good in my kitchen but I really wish the thermometer worked!

I love this retro feel clock! It's lightweight and hangs easily. It has been up for a couple of months now and it doing a great job keeping the time. The old fashioned timer has an authentic tick to it that it makes it kind of fun and reminiscent to use with a great old fashioned ring at the end of the time. The clock is completely silent. The thermometer appears to be pretty accurate. It's easy to see the time across the room with the bright white background and black numbers. I really like this clock in my kitchen and would be it again.

Looks lovely if only it worked.. the timer starts ticking but within seconds stops, clearly doesn’t work, not does the temperature dial.. I’m not going to the hassle of returning this as it took weeks to arrive but do t waste your money, it’s basically just a clock..
