Very pleased with this purchase, easy on and off, adjustable, good shoes!

These shoes were a birthday gift for my son. The fit was great and the product looked good. He wore these shoes only a few times before they started to come apart. He just mentioned this to me a few days ago, a guess that because it was a gift that he didn’t say anything sooner. If he had I would have returned them. Is it possible to get a replacement? I’m not sure if he still has the shoes or not.
