I can now give a fair and honest review after using this product for the past two weeks and making an honest comparison to another medical adhesive, SKIN TAC WIPES. The SKINISTER MEDICAL ADHESIVE SPRAY is like the Gorilla Glue of medical adhesion. Once you spray or attach a medical device to your skin, this stuff will not come off. It's the strongest I've used. ✅PROS Strength: It is incredibly strong—really strong! I use this on my EVERSENSE 365 CGM MONITOR and it works great. Superior to Competitor: Compared to the SKIN TAC WIPES, this is much stronger. The wipes are okay, but they start to come off after just a few days. Application Tip: Let the air get to the spray for a few seconds before you apply it. This activates the adhesion. ❌ CONS Price: It's pricey for the small amount you get: a 2-oz bottle costs $28.00. Messy Application: It can be messy to apply, so you should have a cloth to cover your countertop before you use this. If you get it on your countertop, just use ordinary rubbing alcohol or a scrubbing pad to help remove it. I use this spray with my backless strapless adhesive silicone bra. The silicone loses its stickiness after just a few uses regardless of how carefully you wash it to renew the adhesive. Using this spray makes the bra reusable for years. I spray it on the inside of the cups, let it dry for a minute or two, then apply. It's sticky enough that it stays put until I take it off, even if I get a bit sweaty or leave it on for a day or two. My son can also use this spray to keep his diabetes hardware adhered to his skin for several days. I can lift and readjust it one time when first putting it on and it'll still stick pretty well. When I'm ready to remove the bra, I can simply peel it off with no problem, and it does not hurt. I thought I'd have to use adhesive remover to get it unglued, but I don't need it. It does leave your skin very, very sticky after you take it off, so you'll need something to remove the adhesive residue, but I have no trouble pulling the silicone bra off without remover. I think the only downside to this product is that it's very expensive. It works. But it'll cost you.

Super Sticky and messy definitely put the cap back on the spray bottle asap otherwise it can dry up and it will clog the spayer.Dont get it on anything else but your target and get cleaner you will need it. ;)

This glue works great! I put it on my bag and skin , I let it dry for 5 to 8 minutes and it really helps it stay in place for days! Less leaks & doesn't irritate my skin!

I bought this to use with Nippies to help them stay put and wanted something safe for the skin. This spray works extremely well! It was actually recommended to me by one of my patients, and I’m glad I tried it. A light mist goes a long way for great adherence - no need to overapply, so it’s a great value for the money. Just make sure your skin is clean and completely dry before spraying. It keeps everything in place comfortably and removes easily without irritation. Make sure to clean any remaining adhesive off the skin with soap and water - it should come off easily.

Ostomy bags no matter what brand were falling off after a few hours, put a couple of drops of adhesive on, moved around to cover entire disk and ostomy bags stay on until it is removed...excellent product

This glue is well worth the money, secures false boob perfectly all day. Definitely recommend to anyone who has had a mastectomy.
