I’ve been having this shake for breakfast for many years (10+). It’s one and a half times the size of the original shake size. Perfect for a meal. I put it in the freezer for an hour before drinking. It makes it more shake-like.

This is my favorite keto shake, at a fair price. Most stores near me do not carry it and I have found through painful experience that it’s better to get this from Amazon than directly from Atkins.

So far curb’s appetite a little and has helped for me to not crave anything, it taste good some you can really taste the protein but not this one, does give energy, definitely recommend.

This product is as big as a standard water bottle. I use it as a meal replacement because it is very filling. I like that it has a rich chocolate flavor. It does the job. Needed protein to help with weightlifting. The taste is OK as what can you expect from a protein shake. I will note that I do a subscription for this product and have noticed that the taste is not consistent. So beware of that
