Good to use
I recently found out I came down with Morton’s Nueroma in my left foot. I ordered a pair while I am waiting for my podiatrist to prepare me custom orthotics I received them on a Saturday and I ran with them the next day for 6.5 miles. I did not feel any pain but I did feel the cushion more in my left foot than in my right footAll in - I am happy with the purchase and will wear these again for future runs.Update: I ran a half marathon (13.1 miles) today with these inserts after a few runs with these inserts. No problems with my toe area where the pain previously was. Success!!

Great!
I bought these to hold me over until I saw the podiatrist. The podiatrist told me these were great and to continue to use them. They are firm and comfortable.

Comfortable but a little overpriced
These were relatively comfortable, but a bit overpriced for what you get

No longer a skeptic!
I admit. I was VERY skeptical when I saw the price tag on these insoles and they were not even moldable! I have a bad case of metatarsalgia (inflammation of the metatarsal joint with the toe). It causes numbness, and in the case of activity (pickleball, cycling, etc.), it can be very painful. I have tried custom orthotics that cost a fortune and didn't fit into existing shoes. I have also tried Sole's metatarsal support moldable insoles. They helped, but not significantly. I then bought one pair of these to try. They fit perfectly into my size 7.5 athletic shoes, and when I put my foot in them I instantly felt a larger metatarsal pad than the Sole. I was worried that it might actually be *too* big of a pad, so I decided to go for a walk to see how far I could go before I couldn't take it anymore. To my surprise, my bad foot started feeling better and better as I walked! I could have walked all day in them! Later that day, I noticed the pain had subsided significantly from my bad foot. Now I have to figure out how to get more of these without breaking the bank! Since they have a subscribe and save option, I signed up to get one pair/month until all of my shoes with replaceable inserts have a pair of these insoles in them. I do wish they came in different colors (black, grey, etc.), so they could blend into my other shoes better (hey...I'm a chick, and when you spend a ton of money on fashionable shoes, you don't really want a big "orthotic" looking insert in them). I also wish there was a way to get this level of support in my sandals because I don't really wear full shoes in the summer months unless I'm doing sports.

More Affordable and It Shows
I purchased a pair of these hoping to save money over the New Balance inserts. Mission accomplished - it was $20 less expensive, but it also wasn't fit to size and didn't provide the best support. The heel cup was practically nonexistent by comparison, so it didn't provide near the support. My advice? Spend the extra $20 on New Balance. I don't regret it a bit.

I'm impressed!
I have spent a small fortune on arch supports. Both custom made and off the shelf. My left foot has lost most of the arch and is so painful and swollen most of the time I can barely walk. The right has a bunion and hammer toes. I am also overweight and have all kinds of knee and back pains. I've worn these for two days. (Yesterday for only 1/2 day..they do take some getting used to.) Today I noticed a HUGE difference in the swelling of my left foot and the pain in both. I think I finally have the right ones to improve the comfort of my feet. I really do think these are the ones I can stick with that will give me lasting relief. The price isn't cheap, but it's not the most expensive either. I'll be buying more.

Have not experienced pain since using these
I would get terrible pain in the ball of my foot, to where I’d put all my weight on the outside of my foot when walking. The doctor explained that it’s plantar fasciitis. After research and finding these especially made for the type of fasciitis I was experiencing I bought these. The bump in the middle of your foot takes some getting used to. I bought 2 pairs, one for my work boots and one for my casual sneakers.I haven’t had any pain in my feet since wearing these! I can even wear chucks in between (super flat sole, can’t remove and put new insert in) wearing my everyday shoes and I don’t experience that pain. And inserts can get so pricey. So I was so happy to find these as they’re moderately priced and effective. I will continue to buy this insert for new shoes that I’ll wear often.

Hard plastic bottom, not enough metatarsal pad
The bottom of these insoles (the black part) is made of hard plastic which makes them difficult to place in shoes. They're also painful if you have wide feet and the plastic arch digs into your feet. The metatarsal pads are not big enough for me to feel any relief. These are also longer than other brands so you will need to cut them down. I'm returning them as they're are not comfortable and do not help with foot pain.
