Vigorous Mountains mushrooms cooked nicely, were not rubbery and the pot roast smelled heavenly. The mushrooms definitely added flavor and aroma. We had pot roast for 2 days then I made a pot pie with the remainder. I was so tired from the holidays having mushrooms ready to go was great, especially since the weather precluded going to the store. Really convenient. Added this product to my Subscribe and Save list since I also use them for our homemade ramen. Lovely product.
