**Q: Where is it Made?**

**Q: I bought this thermometer and liked it but it won't stop beeping now. I put in fresh batteries but still beeping. Is it shot or can it be reset?**
A: I think I had this problem with mine but don't remember how I fixed it. Contact Pavia and they will help you their service is wonderful.

**Q: Should I use Vaseline on this because I get different readings every time ?**
A: Vaseline is probably not compatible with the plastic probe material.  KY or a similar non-petroleum lubricant would be more suitable.  The lubricant should help with tissue contact and consistency of your readings.

**Q: How far into a dog's rectum does the probe need to be inserted?**
A: Past the end of the probe
