Vitamins are hard for me to review, I am not a nutritional expert, but I will give my opinion, and hopefully, it will help you.First, you need to be ok with taking big pills and taking many of them. If that is not an issue for you, then I consider these pills perfectly fine.I started on these vitamins with my wife about a week ago. We have both have seen a boost in energy, and our metabolism is more active( ie we have been making more trips to the restroom).I think that plenty of water is important when taking these when you don't drink enough water, your urine looks yellow-green, like something I've never seen before and I feel very dehydrated realizing that the pills are having the effect of increasing our metabolismThese pills say you should take 5 pills, twice a day.Thank you for reading, If you found this review helpful, I would appreciate it if you could click "helpful", thank you!

This large bottle of EnergyNeeds supplements has just about everything (vitamins, minerals, aminos) I need to take in a daily supplement. I'm delighted that is contains real Vitamin E and not the artificial form, and that it contains Niacinimide, instead of "face-Flushing" Niacin. This supplement appears to be well conceived and formulated -- however -- two things: 1)Where is the Calcium? and 2) 10 capsules a day is not my cuppa tea -- but despite my reluctance and the fact that I just take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, my energy has definitely improved, and since this is the only new supplement in my life, I can tell is DOES make a difference.The price is daunting- a 30 day supply for $99.00 but since I am "stretching" it by only taking 4 a day (and also supplementing with my own calcium capsules), the price doesn't stretch my budget too much.

This supplement by Neuroneeds is very complete and comprehensive, I’m very happy with the ingredients. The capsules are rather large but I can swallow them no problem, my husband would not be able to swallow these due to their larger size.I guess the problem with this supplement is that it is advised to take 5 capsules twice daily. That’s 10 capsules every day! I am currently taking this supplement as directed, 5 capsules twice daily. I’m not sure I will want to continue with this many capsules once I get through the 300 capsules in this container. I do feel I have more energy since starting these capsules which is a huge bonus, if I continue feeling the additional energy it will be worth paying the current price of $99.00 per month.

I find it hard to swallow all five large pills at once but manage to do it every time. I’m not sure if it makes me feel any different , I know it says energy on the bottle and may gradually provide that over time but it doesn’t have caffeine so don’t expect a quick boost of energy .I struggle to take the twice a day recommended dosage, mainly because the pills are large, even the bottle itself is the largest in the cabinet. Making it a hassle to carry around and consume.I gave it 5 stars because I like all the things they say the pills contains within their giant capsules. The stuff I don’t like is all personal preference, I’d be more enthusiastic about it though if it was offered in a gummie and tasted better

This is a very top shelf multivitamin if money is no object, because these have a very upscale price tag. I've tried many, many different multivitamins in my life, including bodybuilding stacks, and I've never felt so much of a benefit from any as I feel from these.* I get a very real clean energy boost after I take my five capsules in the morning. I've been getting moredone than ever.* This is a great multi for athletes or anyone who works out. They include L-Arginine for a Nitric Oxidecirculation boost and Creatine for muscle growth along with antioxidants and natural energy boosters.* 5 capsules twice a day is a lot to swallow, but this is nothing new for anyone who has taken athletic orbodybuilding vitamin packs before.* The price tag is hefty- $99 for a 30 day supply.These are truly great vitamins!

I have been buying this for a year now. Since the pill size is so big, I open it up and add to oatmeal for my son on spectrum. The last bottle had pills that appeared to have moisture that didn’t allow the medication to come out of the pills easily. My suspicion is poor storage practices for the pills. I would not buy this from Amazon and would rather buy at a vitamin store.

The powder from inside the capsules has leaked out and coated the outside of the capsules in two bottles now. Given my family member has to swallow 10 capsules per day it makes this supplement quite hard to swallow without gagging.
