Con este accesorio puedes colgar los alimentos y si los pones a calor directo estarías ahumando y rostizando al mismo tiempo y esta técnica me ha dado los mejores resultados en piezas grandes de carne. Puedes lograr carne perfectamente caramelizada y jugosa al mismo tiempo en relativamente poco tiempo. Aunque el accesorio incluye unos ganchos surgiero comprar otros para complementar.

Heavy duty and well made! No issue at all with hanging (4) racks of ribs. Could have done 6 racks, maybe even 8 racks in my WSM 18"... Awesome product...

You can load this thing up with about anything that is hangable. It comes with a few hooks but I recommend buying more. Hanging chicken 1/2's are our absolute fav to make. This was purchased to use in my 55 gallon drum smoker. Be mindful if hanging ribs that the product does not hang down into the charcoal and suggest double hooking ribs for security hence purchasing more hooks.
