Con este accesorio puedes colgar los alimentos y si los pones a calor directo estarías ahumando y rostizando al mismo tiempo y esta técnica me ha dado los mejores resultados en piezas grandes de carne. Heavy duty and well made! No issue at all with hanging (4) racks of ribs. Could have done 6 racks, maybe even 8 racks in my WSM 18"... Awesome product...

Good product. good welding and can see the quality. will last a long time as long as i keep rust away

Great product and build. The only thing I would change would be making the entire thing one solid welded piece, instead having the removable top. The remaining cable top can easily fall if you’re not careful sliding around hooks. In other words, make the removable top unremovsbke, and part of the welded structure. Otherwise this is a great product, heavy duty, and I love it.
