The pillows are good quality but not great for side sleeping. They are pretty thin but long.

The pillows come in a vacuum based sealed plastic - at first you think you been hustled, but after opening it it puffs up and the pillow is revealed - very happy with the consistency

I'm not sure about the cooling claims of these pillows as I have been using a fan as well, but they are the most comfortable pillows I have ever had, some reviews say they are overfilled, they are quite thick but I like that, all personal preference of course, don't worry about the cooling aspect the comfort is outstanding, I bought a pack of 2 and it's the best 40 quid I've spent in along time.
