Exceeds expectations

I expected these to breathe a little more, but they do keep my head cooler than similar solid fabric hats. The "head band" does get hot, and I'll take this hat off a few times in 80 to 90 degree weather after an hour or so.I like the ability to adjust these The straps are easy to use and hold well. Other reviews have noted rusty buttons or clips, bit I haven't had this issue and i sweat plenty. Might be an issue with lighter colored versions? I purchased black and dark gray.Other reviews have panned these hats for the crease from shipping. Be patient, wear it and break in a bit and that crease will work itself out. If you're impatient then you could try steam, I suppose.Overall, great hats for the price.

Good looking Summer flat cap when temperatures spike. Wore the grey cap to Oregon Brewers Festival last weekend.I survived, and looked reasonable in the process.The black flat cap will be for sundown events.

Nice fit and looks elegant. I was looking for a breathable beret that would give protection from the sun (on the golf course) and would be different from snapback and bucket hats. Loved them so much that I bought a few other colors to match my golf polos and slacks.
