My fitness coach recommended this exact product to help with gut health. My husband and I have both been taking them consistently for about 2 months now and there is a noticeable difference (decrease) in our digestive issues and regularity. There does not seem to be any taste/smell with the capsules and while they are not small, they are not hard to swallow.
