Zinc 20mg with Copper Pack of 90

Zinc supplements are really beneficial for people who suffer with acne/blemishes/pimples. A while back I was religiously taking Zinc, and totally forgot to order when I finished, although I was taking other vitamins. Around my monthly cycle I was always breaking out and it really bothered me. Then I remembered that I needed to order Zinc! Ordered these, started taking them before my next monthly cycle, and wow! Only got one pimple! Whereas without, I would have gotten far more pimples on my face. I'll never forget again, and I am really impressed with this zinc supplement. It is said to take no more than 30mg. These are 20mg and they are perfect.

My preferred product as it combines Zinc with copper to avoid copper deficiency from long term zinc supplementation

Bought them to see if they stop hair shedding but a good price anyway.

I have had this product before and I felt it really helped me. This time I did not receive it but it was not the fault of the manufacturer. It was the fault of the website it was on sale. For this reason I will give full stars because my previous experience was good.

I've been taking this daily for a few months. It's so hard to tell if things like this work but I've been suffering with acne & boils etc for a while & since taking these I've had no boils. My skin is much clearer too. Iv'e also started eating less dairy & sugar so it could be that too! Either way I'll keep taking them as I believe I'll still get some goodness from them. The pills are quite small too so very easy to swallow.
