Very nice capsules, smell is a bit odd but nothing too much. Helped me relax a bit and have better sleep pattern. Helped increase my HRV and bit which was a bonus! I will definitely keep this supplement as a regular one.

These are the only Mag Glycinate tablets I use. They are expensive but if I recall correctly Pure Encapsulations are main brand that are tested for bio availability with no fillers etc
