It is of the right size. I sleep flat on my back with the pillow under my neck. It acts as a very good stress relief in my neck. Also, it is anti-aging. I realized after using it for 4 days that my cheekbones are lifted! You can also sleep sideways with your head on the pillow. Again since your cheek is not touching the pillow it avoids the formation of wrinkles. I really really love this pillow and I will be taking it along with me wherever I go.

Not fit for purpose. Under the knees yes perhaps but not even a rugby player could use under the neck. Too big.

The pillow is surprisingly and positively firm, "hard". It provides a comfortable at the same time stable hold. This is not a soft pillow which in the end does not provide any support to your neck. This is hard just as needed, not more, not less, simply perfect.

NOT memory foam - its off cuts of normal foam and random crap in a cylindrical mesh thing. The cover is not soft and plush as in the photo - it is scratchy coarse cheap fabric, poorly sewn together.I tried it out anyway - the pillow is too big for your neck, and I started feeling itchy and ill, so god knows what toxic chemicals are in the filling and cover.Absolute RIP OFF.

The item is wonderful, it does its job, but it won't help if you plan to embrace it during your night's sleep, because the object squeezes your side-nick so tight that blood won't go through easily, it is so obvious that you can feel it.What I did to overcome that obstacle is putting it under my pillow, and it worked, within seven nights, the pain in my nick was mostly healed. I get addicted to it, I think this will travel with me everywhere I go.

This was not memory foam, and was 6"diameter, not 4" as advertised. The outer material is not "plush" and appears cheap. Also ,by the way it's packaged looks like it's been returned before!
