Worst Whitening Experience Ever
Once you use this stuff, it is nearly impossible to get it off your teeth. My mouth had charcoal grit in it for hours. I had to brush and use mouthwash a few times to get the majority out but my teeth still had a grayish hue. Also, it tastes terrible and the texture is like turning your mouth into a sandbox. So gross!

1. Is it messy? Yes2. Yes you need to be careful not to swallow, rinse, brush with normal toothpaste after, rinse again with mouthwash3. Does it work???? YESSSSS!4. Would I buy again....YESSSSS!I was very pleasantly surprised how it worked starting with the first try. My dentist was very happy how clean my teeth were and how little plaque I have.Tip: put your head as close to the sink as possible and keep your mouth closed when brushing otherwise your sink will be full of black specs. If you clean your sink right away it comes off extremely easy.

The only thing i don't like about it is that it could get messy
I didn't know what to expect but I got excited when it's arrived on-time. I have been using it for a few days and I already feel the difference. My teeth feel cleaner and I noticed some improvements on the color. I can't wait to see the results in a couple of weeks.The only thing i don't like about it is that it could get messy. If you do get one, you just have to be careful when opening it or when brushing.. or just brush your teeth while you are in the shower.Other than that it's a great product. I prefer using it with the toothpaste and when combined with flossing, it feels even better.

Does whiten your teeth, I find it a bit rough on my gums though. Caused some irritatiom so I don't use often.

Positively surprised
I've been using the charcoal for the last few days, and I was positively surprised at how thoroughly it cleans my teeth. I admit I was quite sceptical at first, I've only ever used activated charcoal in the case of an upset stomach.For about 2 minutes I brush my teeth with the charcoal, then follow up with a rinse, and then another 2 minutes of using regular toothpaste. Even without following up with the toothpaste, my teeth feel very smooth and clean.Have I noticed a whitening effect? Hard to say at this point, but I do have noticed that my teeth seem a bit whiter.

If you use it consistently over time it totally works, I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I'm noticing a difference (not HUGE but it's better!)
