This is a great stand for our small bathroom. We didn’t have a traditional layout that allowed for a holder on the wall and this one replaced our last freestanding holder. What’s great about this is the design is minimal, while still functional. It isn’t wobbly like our previous one and has not tipped over once. It can easily hold 4 rolls on the tower and one on the holder arm. Came assembled and it’s very easy to use. We’ve had this for 2 months and it has not rusted or chipped. It’s very easy to clean as well which is nice.

This free-standing toilet paper holder is well designed, the weight is perfect to keep it in place, the hardware is secure and the movement of the arm is smooth. The materials are solid and not applied finishes which will lengthen it's life and keep it looking great. I'm very happy with this product.

The marble base is substantial but not as heavy as mentioned but it works great. We have a pocket door where the toilet paper holder would have been attached so we needed a floor standing one that was modern and sleek. This holder also holds 2/3 additional paper rolls which is ideal because the vanity is at the other end of the room. Overall it’s quality construction, creative and functionally designed.

This is nice looking and works well in a small space where you don’t have room to put a tp holder on the wall. It is lightweight and the bar had come off but easily reattached.

Super easy to assemble, very easy to work. I love the fact that it holds extra rolls of bath tissue. Adds a touch of luxe to my newly renovated bathroom. Love the brushed gold finish! I prefer stand holders to fixed ones so this is perfect for my aesthetic.

We just newly remodeled our bathroom and I didn’t want to screw a toilet paper holder to our new cabinet. I’ve seen paper holders like this in nicer doctor office bathrooms and thought it would go great in our newly remodeled bathroom. This paper holder has a top that flips up straight so the same pole can be used to store a couple of rolls. The base is wide and heavy. I didn’t need directions to put it together it was fairly straightforward but I was confused why there were 2 screws and washers in the box when I had 1 pole to attach. The instructions appeared to cover this model plus another model that had a separate storage pole so I guess the screws were for both models. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase and put it together last night after it arrived. I will update here if any problems come up.

I actually bought a duplicate of this item a couple of weeks after receiving the first one because I liked it so much. I discovered I was able to extend the warranty for a year and, when the unit broke at the bottom of the pole where it attaches to the marble base, I contacted the company. This didn’t occur because of misuse. I reached out twice to the company and, despite the information on their website that they will get back to you in 48 hours, 10 days has passed, and I have still not received a response. I reached out to Amazon, as well. I would’ve given this item 5 stars because I like it a lot. However, the lack of customer service is very disappointing. Much more so because they offer something to entice you that they don’t follow through on.
