We are really enjoying this Gazebo. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and very well made. We did hire a couple of guys to assemble it. It took them a couple of days. They were impressed with the quality and we’ve received several compliments. We are going to have gutters put on it although it’s not something you have to do, we hope by doing so it will keep the rain from rolling off all sides of the Gazebo and splattering. We have summer rains and would love to go sit under it and enjoy.

Awesome gazebo! Instructions were easy to follow. Be sure to follow the instructions, carefully. Took a bit to put together, but, well worth the effort. Very sturdy structure. Delivery was quick! We love it!

I am impressed by the quality and look of this Ramada. It has exceeded my expectations. I must make you aware that the build project took 3 of us about 22hrs. You definitely need 3 people to install the roof panels. I would suggest like others to take the time to organize the lumber and hardware properly before you start, and having a solid concrete foundation for each post, is essential.The product was excellent, but I can’t say much for Amazon with the orchestration of the delivery. I hand picked the date of delivery as I had 2 workers lined up the next day for helping me with the install. The delivery finally occurred 2 days later, which was a problem as my workers were at a loss of work waiting for the delivery. Amazon switched me to 9 different representatives during the chat communication and then I contacted them by telephone and was switched out to 2 other representatives. I was promised an earlier delivery date which did not occur. I took 2 days 1655 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Ste. 900 West Palm Beach Florida 33491 from work, waiting for this delivery, as someone must be present for the delivery. I ultimately had to call the carrier to explain my frustration. The carrier had absolutely no notes from Amazon on my delivery issue. Very POOR CUSTOMER service on the part of Amazon.Don’t count on the delivery date. Also the time window for delivery was from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.Amazon should get their business in order and develop a shorter time window on large deliveries, as they obviously have the logistics to do so given the size of this operation

Notably, the task of placing the long roof section required four people, which may catch some users off guard.Removing the blue protection film from the edge trim pieces proved to be a tedious task. However, despite these challenges, the end result is satisfying. The gazebo exudes a sense of quality and adds charm to any backyard space.While frustrations may arise, especially for those without prior construction experience, the overall look and durability of the gazebo make it a worthwhile investment. Excellent kit!! Well engineered, excellent quality and great instructions. Even comes with the necessary tool bits to use with your electric hand tools. I highly endorse this product!! Not for the novice however, and plan to spend 20+ hours to assemble and at least three are needed to erect the roof panels.

Beautiful addition to our yard! Had a Great time building this gazebo! Read the instructions carefully and take you time. Took a week for me to build about 3-4 hours a day. Quality and heavy duty design! Neighbors love it!
