absolutely love the Pluwel Flame Diffuser & Humidifier! It not only keeps the air fresh and comfortable, but the realistic flame effect creates such a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The design is sleek and modern, so it fits perfectly in any room — bedroom, living room, or even my workspace.

This is a cool little diffuser. I saw one advertised on TikTok for $99. I really liked it, but I could not justify spending that on a diffuser (when I already have several others that I have bought, used for a while, and then forgot about). I found this one, though, on Amazon and it was a third of the price. It looks almost identical to the one I saw advertised originally. I was a little skeptical about how well it would work given the price and if it would really look as cool as it did in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised when this little gadget arrived. It is compact and sleek looking. The real proof is in the mist. I was very happy to see that the mist looked like flames as it did in the pictures and videos. I recorded a video of it with the lights out when I first got it to see the maximum effect. That is what is posted. I now use this, however, during the day and it looks very comparable to the night version. In fact, I brought it to work and everyone who comes in my office comments about how cool it is. A few people have actually put their hands over it anticipating it would be warm thinking it was some sort of heater. It works well, plugs in to usb so it is easy to use in an office or at home, and the water lasts much longer than I would have anticipated for the size of the unit. I fill it once a day running it all day at work. Very happy with this purchase. I am planning on purchasing another one so I can have one at home and one in the office. Would make a neat gift for someone too as it is very unique.

It looks cool and worked at first. It has been a little over a month and it stopped working. I tried to contact the seller and the automated system said it was fulfilled by Amazon and to contact them. Amazon says it's past the return window. I should have read the reviews first which said it doesn't work very long.

I love this diffuser by PLUWEL! I bought it and saved it for myself for Christmas. I finally set it up and love it! It has such a large tank for water and that it comes with a remote control. It works very well and I love that you can add fragrances to it. The only thing I wish was different was you could change the front color. It does have a color change, but only on the bottom of the diffuser, the front stays the same color which is an orange color. Still very pretty, but I just want wish we had that option. Other than that it is quite lovely and do recommend it!

UPDATED REVIEW: Company reached out to me after my review. They gave me a full refund! Amazing customer service, I’m sure I just received a faulty product. I’ll be ordering again. Old review: Absolutely loved the product, initially… I’ve been using it every night for a few days, but now it started making a veryyyyy annoying buzzing noise. It used to be quiet except for the noise of the water which was pleasant, but now it has this annoying buzzing noise which is all I hear. I loved using it at night when I went to bed, but now it just keeps me up from the annoying buzzing noise it makes. I threw the box away already, but I’m hoping customer service can take care of my issue. I’ll update my rating once I talk to customer service if it goes well. For now, I’m livid. It lasted just a few days, and now it’s unusable, wasted my money.

I love the look of this diffuser. Only one or two drops of essential oil is needed. My first diffuser didn’t work when I pressed the “flame” lighting. Customer service was prompt and courteous replacing the product in a matter of 2 days.

Recently got this because everyone recommended it and seen it everywhere on my social media platforms. Originally it was great, worked well and looked really cool! About a month later, it just stopped working. the lights and power would turn on but would not diffuse the water when placed in the tray. I tried cleaning out the tray and making sure nothing was clogged or in the way, but still does not work. Maybe I got a bad one, but I would not recommend. $30 diffuser just for one months use.

If you are planning to take on the dorm life, or simply need a quick and relaxing way to make your room smell good, this is a lifesaver. It is better than plugins since you’re not limited to a single scent. It is extremely efficient on the amount of water needed, I personally go through 16.9 ounces in 2 days running it 24/7. Likewise the LEDs add a nice ambience that can be best appreciated at night or in a dark room. It is best for small to medium rooms that don’t have decent airflow.

I did notice the high pitch noise that others have mentioned but mine went away after a refill. It's still working great after several months. I love that it's safe for my cat, she sticks her face in everything. I don't have candles in the house because I don't want her to burn herself. I also love that I can control the scents that I use so they're cat friendly.
