I can’t believe I didn’t know about this earlier! I swim just fine, but sometimes I don’t want to consciously be treading fully. I have some water anxiety too, I dislike tubes because the lack of control. Life jackets are a little bit of overkill for my situation, this is just perfect for a little more mental security. I used it at a spring where the water is deep and so pretty, I want to stay in it forever. I was able to very easily swim as far as I wanted and barely tread to keep afloat. It is easy to adjust on land, i wasn’t able to adjust effectively in the water. The non buoyant part of the belt is sturdy and is secure stitching. Tighten it a little more than u think it rode up once I got in. Sizing is true

This swim flotation belt is excellent! It’s comfortable, adjustable, and provides just the right amount of support for water workouts or swim training. I’ve been using it for laps and water aerobics, and it stays securely in place without slipping or riding up. The belt is lightweight but sturdy, and it helps me focus on my technique without worrying about staying afloat.

This belt is pretty good, but as a complete beginner in swimming I wouldn't recommend. It keeps my head above water, but just barely, I'm doing a lot of work to tread water or swim even with it. Its very light assistance. I'd also say the sizing is a bit off, I ordered a medium size, and I have it tightened as much as I can, and it still slides up my body. I even found myself wearing it around my lower ribs, just to try and stop it from sliding it up. I wouldn't attempt to practice swimming with it in that location, but for just treading it was fine. Quality appears to be good, and its easy to snap into place.

Best belt I’ve found for swim jogging. Doesn’t ride up

Plenty of room in belt to tighten it as you find your comfort zone. Dry’s quick after your swim. However after 4.1/2 months used 2 times per week the sides are coming apart where they join the back section. I’ve read several reviews most recently and the same problem has occurred. Had I read the reviews of defect Sooner I would have never purchased product.

I loved this product. It was soft, it was flexible, it provided the perfect buoyancy. The problem was that I used it for a deepwater class where tight is everything, lest it slide up your rib cage. After 3 classes with it, the fastening strap began to pull loose from the belt itself. I believe it would be perfect for fun in the sun or anything less strenuous than a class. It would get 5 stars if not for that issue.

The belt Iis a bit large but will help with buoyancy

I bought this because, as another reviewer stated - I’m a sinker, not a floater! My husband and our friends float out in the ocean just fine, but I seem to sink like a rock! I can swim just fine, but can I float? Not for a second! This was perfect for our two weeks in the Bahamas, where we spent a ton of time in the water. I didn’t want to look too ridiculous, so I just carried it out there with me, and clipped it around my waist once I got deep enough - you’d never even know I was wearing it, especially with my black swimsuit. It was awesome and kept me upright when I wanted to be upright, and helped me lie on my back when I wanted to do that. Just took a bit of adjusting higher under my chest, or lower on my waist. It was light enough to pack without worrying about extra weight in our suitcase, but did take up a fair chunk of space… Definitely worth it, in my opinion!

this swim belt works awesome. I bought it specifically for my paddle board because I struggle to get back on if I fall off because of the bulkiness of a Life Jacket. This belt made it a breeze because it is all in behind my back. I don't like the belts with an air canister because they canisters are very pricey if it goes off unnessessarily. But this belt has stryroform piece. ( think is is some sort of stryofoam) It works like a charm though. I am very pleased with it.

I couldn’t figure out why I was having such a hard time floating and swimming. A good friend recently blurted out that there are sinkers, and there are floaters… Turns out I am a sinker! 😂 After a couple of recent anxiety provoking moments in our lake, I searched up swim belt. This was the only one available. Absolutely love it! Stays where I put it, it doesn’t look ridiculous, it doesn’t interfere with swimming, in fact, it might give me a little bit of a better work out, so I can get to be a stronger swimmer, while feeling safer. The full length of the waist strap is a bit on the small side. I’m small, so it works well for me, but might not work for everyone. It has a huge pocket that I use while stand up paddle boarding. This is not a replacement for a life jacket or PFD! But helps give me confidence.

This is the best thing I bought floating so well. I am just learning swimming I like this waist guard.
