*Update* These do produce a horrid noise when out in any wind. It’s as if it’s channeled inside the headphones, not just the wind going over them. Almost unusable. So if you want them to chat while walking or biking, i would avoid these! Apart from this, my original review is below and still stands. A very good all round set of headphones. The noise cancelling is average (it does work, but its minimal and you need the isolating buds fitted obviously). I bought these as i needed some open ear buds but i also find myself fitting the isolating eartips when i need the external sound isolated, and theyre a great hybrid for this to change between use cases. Sound quality is very good (i'm no audiophile, comparing to airpods 2 & 3) and bass is excellent. Touch controls work well and are easy to use. Battery life is as claimed and they are easy to take out of the case unlike some other similar models! They connect quickly and in the app you can customise controls and EQ. Id recommend these and would buy again!

I am a past user of JBL products (these replaced a previous pair of earbuds that I had lost). The 1 star review is not because of the electronic earbuds but rather the silicone earbuds that fit over them. The set that I received would not fit over the earbuds. And to make matters worse Amazon only gives you the option of returning the item or persisting with the flaw (and presumably buying some after-market silicone earbuds, which I already have thankfully from my last pair). In short, the product you get may have this same problem and become a headache. So 1 star for JBL for packaging it with such clearly wrong earbuds and (less than) 1 star to Amazon for making customer service so bad.

I got those for running and Im so happy with it. Great sound with the in or out ear adaptors, slightly more bass on the in-ear (expected), however, the out ear shines when running and moving around. I had my doubts about the stability of those while doing exercises but they didnt move at all with the out-ear piece, no adjustments during my runs and they work great with Spotify on the Apple Watch. Definitely recommend, great sound, mobile app and EQ controls, battery and easy to set up too! Considerations, I dont care about noise cancelling, and I thought they were a bit in the weaker side. However, I think thats expected in this budget range.

I got this for my wife and especially for noise cancellation function,it’s good to use however it has some problem actually it’s not easily fixed in the ears.The sound quality is good and noise cancellation is good too so overall good value for money.

My son and I are very fussy with earphones. We hate the ones that go really far in and obviously the ones that just fall out, these are perfect. They are a great fit, comfortable and the sound quality is great. They are easy to use and have tap buttons on the ear phones to adjust sound or skip songs. The battery life is incredible! My son uses his every day on the bus to and from school, he only has to charge them once a week.

The sound quality is solid and the battery life is great but the noise cancelling is practically non existent. If you're using these with the noise cancelling on while it's windy, it actually amplifies the sound of the wind when means for the best sound quality I actually have it switched off. I'd recommend getting the cheaper versions of these without the cancelling because you're paying more for nothing extra. After a few months of owning these the right earphone now refuses to charge, with the customer service recommending I clean them and that's it. these are without doubt the worst headphones I have ever bought.

Most unreliable earbuds ever. They barely charge correctly. They will sit in the case for hours without charging.

I got these after my apple air pods pro broke and due to there cost being so high wanted something cheaper but also that works just as well. Overall for the cost super happy. I used these so far on walks, at the gym and a plane journey. The noise cancellation is really good and definitely makes a different. Sound quality is pretty decent too. You get 4 different ear buds which is a good selection. The comfort is ok after a few hours they don’t feel the best but for the cost and what they do they are really worth it instead of paying hundreds of pounds on ear pods. Find they stay in ears fine and don’t fall out at all unlike my old apple ones. The app is easy to use. But would recommend.

Muito bom, pequeno e de alta qualidade. Consegue mudar muita coisa no app, só o ruim é que não dá pra fazer ajustes no PC. E ele não conecta em mais de um dispositivo ao mesmo tempo. Ou seja, se for querer mudar o equalizador usando o PC, vai ter que desparear e conectar no celular para fazer o ajuste. Único ajuste que dá pra fazer direto nele é o controle do ANC, e trocar músicas e atender chamadas. O ANC é razoável, mas precisará trocar pelas borrachas intra auriculares que acompanha ele para funcionar direito. É bem focado em reduzir pequenos ruídos, não é uma vedação do ambiente. O som é perfeito depois que você escolher a equalização que lhe agrade. O flat padrão não é tão bom .

Construção: É de qualidade, claro que deve-se tomar cuidado com o produto, mas não aparenta que irá quebrar facilmente em uso cotidiano, a caixa de bateria onde se guarda os fones é 1/3 menor do que a caixa do JBL Tune 215TWS (meu último fone original da JBL que durou longos 5 anos, e ainda funciona, porém devido os anos de uso, um dos lados fico mais baixo que o outro), é algo que o torna muito mais discreto e prático de levar aos locais. Som: O som é aquilo que eu esperava, médios e graves acentuados, não deixa nada a desejar e não perde a qualidade do som, mesmo colocando manualmente a configuração do som para tocar mais graves. Conforto: para mim, está 6/10, com o tempo de uso não o percebo a orelha, mas eu gosto de fones intra-auriculares, onde somente a borrachinha fica no ouvido, era mais confortável para mim, esse por mais que seja híbrido, é um fone auricular com borrachinha, e seu formato avantajado machuca minha orelha, mesmo testando todas as borrachas, mas espero que com o tempo, eu me acostume melhor com esse novo formato auricular. Software: o software da JBL para esse fone é essencial para você que vai adquirir o produto, creio que eles se completam e acho que utilizar o fone sem seu software não vale a pena, e você não vai obter todo o desempenho que espera, porém o software é muito bom, o seu sistema de cancelamento de ruído é algo surreal, para mim que ando de ônibus, sinto uma diferença absurda quando o cancelamento de ruído está ativado e desativado, e consigo ouvir as músicas muito mais claramente, sem a interferência direta de qualquer barulho externo, sim, você consegue ouvir algumas coisas, mas são muito bem abafadas pelo fone, e o áudio do fone consegue sair e ser ouvido muito mais claramente. Bateria: carreguei a caixa do fone que veio 70%, e estou usando a 2 dias por volta de 4h por dia, e a caixa está 90% desde a última vez que vi, então o desempenho da bateria mesmo sem estar no modo de economia (sim, os fones tem modo de economia de bateria), é muito bom. Preço: eu ía comprar ele direto com a JBL, que está R$499,00 no site oficial (na data de hoje da postagem), então quando vi que estava R$370,00 aqui na Amazon, comprei direto com ela, o preço é ok para um produto original, e o fone vale esse valor por aquilo que entrega, sem mais nem menos, mas claro, sempre será preferível uma promoção 🤭. Não me arrependo da compra, por mais que eu sinta um pouco de desconforto por preferência pessoal, mas se você gosta de fone auricular e graves, esse fone é para você, não me decepcionou em nada e entregou até mais do que eu planejava que iria receber.
