We received the package and we’re not disappointed. Item looks exactly as shown. If anything, the top brown piece looks nicer in real life. The accent table is big and spacious. The door opens and closes real smooth. This definitely needs assembly. I’m not handy at all, and I would of had a hard time with it. But luckily my husband is good with these things and he assembled it 123 with the help of a couple of tools. If you’re not handy, make sure you have a friend or family member to help. The cabinet is raw wood, with a nice white paint. It’s a light white, classy and pretty. Not a deep dark white. The brown top has a special finish to it. That part is more than painted. The vintage look is adorable. The design on the door gives it so much personality. And the distressed look it very subtle. The piece looks good and new but at the same time if it gets a scratch or two, it will blend right in. In the dinette section of our kitchen, we have a round white and grey marble looking glass table with grey leather chairs. In the corner of the room, there is a dark brown lazy boy recliner chair. The broader kitchen boasts brown wooden cabinets, silver handles, white appliances, beige brown and green in the countertops. Beige floor and the walls are painted a deep beige. You sort of get a brown, grey, white vibe all around. We needed something near the recliner chair to put a coffee or drink down. We didn’t want something small skinny tall, as we wanted something sturdy. There isn’t much room, but we figured if we are already putting something there, let it be useful where we can actually store something underneath. This fits perfectly into this kitchen. It’s classy, friendly, and goes with the coloring and style perfectly. There are two great shelves. We will probably store some books, magazines, or anything I can use here in the kitchen that doesn’t have an official place. I may even transfer my cookbooks out of one of the kitchen cabinets and put it here. This way I’ll have more room for pots or other kitchen items. I’m excited to have this new addition in my kitchen. I’m wondering if with time and kids around, the white will get dirty? And how much so? Will it be easy to clean? I guess time will tell. However, for the price, this is definitely worth it, even if we don’t end up having it for a very long time. It’s sturdy, classy, pretty, practical and safe. Doesn’t give off a cheap vibe.

I have been following this cabinet for few weeks, and decided to buy, really like the design, it is perfect style and size to our living room, a title bit taller than my expectations. It took more than 1.5 hours for my husband and me. Instruction is very clear, step to step, no any confusion. One tip for the new builders, don’t forget put the back board after 1-2 steps. The materials is okay for the price, I think some parts are not solid wood, still heavy and sturdy, just like some IKEA furniture, but I have to say the details design must be better than IKEA ones. The doors are good, not delicate, but carefully to assembly. The cabinet has much more space to collect some mess stuff, which makes our living room clean, nice purchase in Amazon.

This cabinet is lovely. And much heavier and sturdier than I expected. I was a bit concerned about the nearly $300 price, but happy with the item upon arrival and it was delivered nearly a week earlier than expected and undamaged. The assembly instructions were a bit difficult to understand, but I have done this type of assembly before so I had no issues. There were even extra parts in the bags. I used by own wood glue rather than the tiny tube that came with the packaging. It says you need two people; however, I did it by myself. Overall, I would say this is well worth the money and time to assemble. It looks lovely in my kitchen as a place for my recipe books and to hide a few other things behind the pretty carved doors. PS - I used my own cabinet knobs so that it now matches my other kitchen cabinets. ;o)

I've been wanting to get this matching buffet cabinet to go along with my side table to complete a beach theme living room. I finally decided to make this purchase because I love the style and design of the 1st cabinet I bought earlier. The quality of the materials is very well made. The instructions is easy to follow along. All of the pieces are labeled nicely. I was able to put together the cabinet by myself and it took a hour & a half, but it is better to have a help if you can. The pieces can be a little dusty so be prepared to clean each one as you go. I love this cabinet! I am one more step closer to completing my beach theme living room, lol. Highly recommended if you are setting up for a boho-chic look. Bottomline this is a sturdy, well crafted, beautiful looking cabinet that is very straight forward to put together. Worth the money. The box it came in can be heavy so be prepared for that.

I bought this cabinet because it fit my needs perfectly. I am good at assembling things and the instructions and illustrations are decent, HOWEVER this is particle board or as they like to call it these days "manufactured wood". The veneer looks very good I should say. The problem is that the lock bolts strip the particle board very early on in the assembly. Once it is stripped it seems to be impossible to screw the bolts in again. There is nothing for them to grab onto. So I have gotten out some wood glue which is not the ideal solution. I think I will end up returning this POS for something better. Yes, I am angry that this is going on when I planned to assemble and finish this cabinet today!

This is such a pretty little accent cabinet. It would go with almost any decor. It was easy to assemble. Everyone who sees it loves it and asks where I bought it.

It looks nicer than it’s made. Easier with two people assembling. My husband tried on his own and it fell apart breaking a piece. It’s distressed which I guess I missed. They’re in guest rooms so, no biggie.
