This is the only office chair I will buy. It is so roomy & comfortable & quality-made. It will scratch if you have cats, so just beware of that. It leans back & raises & lowers.

The chair is aesthetically attractive. It looks nice in my office. However, that is just the surface of what is nice about this chair. The seat is so comfortable. It is soft without sacrificing support. It is incredibly supportive on my back and hips. I was looking at another Serta chair until I sat in this one. I instantly knew I wanted it. When I work, I occasionally lay my head back to rest my neck for a minute. It was important for me to purchase a high back chair because of that. Part of the reason I sat in this chair to try it was because it was a high back. It had been a long day, and I laid my head...that is when I was sold. I felt like my head was resting on a supportive pillow, and I made my decision that I wasn't willing to get any other chair. Even the arm rests are nicely cushioned and supportive. This chair prices better than the original Serta chair I was considering, but cost is not even the reason I chose it. I would have been willing to pay more for this chair, but the better price is another bonus. I would definitely buy this chair again!

For my size, 6' 4" (193cm) 310 pounds (141kg), this chair has enough width to fit me comfortably. The seat also does not have pressure points in the seat that make most office chairs uncomfortable for me, and the arms are not intrusive. The 'upholstery' of the chair has been good and the wear is minimal in the time since purchasing it. I've had the chair for 2 years but aside from some wear on the arm where the paint has worn off or chipped, it still is in good condition with no rips, tears, or cracking. I work from home most of the week so I have spent a lot of time in the chair. On the down side, the back of the chair is not very supportive for working in and is a bit short for a "big & tall" moniker. My biggest gripe with the chair is the components. The control for locking the chair upright and the control for raising and lowering are too easily affected by my legs because they are so far forward on the seat. Most prominently, the pneumatic piston is weak which causes the chair to sink so I regularly have to raise it again. I've had support send me a replacement piston, which lasted about 6 months before it too is sinking and even worse than the first one. For the cost of the chair, I would expect a higher quality pneumatic piston.

This chair makes a huge difference in comfort for long office hours! I would never select another chair!

Super cozy but the leather on the arms started to crack and fall apart within the first month and the bolts holding the arms on constantly need tightened but amazingly comfortable otherwise

Great executive office chair, great price, about $100 lower than local prices, fast shipping, good packaging, new condition and undamaged, easy to assemble with good well-written instructions, only requires the included t-handle allen wrench, high-quality materials, very handsome, adjustable height and tilt, nide padding in seat, thighs, back, arm rests, like the 5 rollers, very stable. This is a fairly big chair though, not for people under 6 foot, so pay attention to the dimensions. Also know that this is a traditional executive chair, so if you're looking for a nouveau mesh office chair with a thousand adjustments, this one isn't for you. But if you're looking for an authentic Serta that's good looking and all-day comfy at a good price, this is your chair.

This is a $500+ chair. The plastic components are cheap and poorly formed. I had to enlarge the holes in the plastic arm frames so that the washers could fit into the holes. (And it wasn’t a quick process- about 45 minutes.) Thankfully I had a drill and proper drill bit to do the work. Now that the chair is assembled, the arms wobble a bit (even though they are fully tightened- and I didn’t affect the contact points of the screws/chair arms when I drilled- I was super careful about that) So, all is all, it was comfortable in the store where I tested it, but now that I’ve ordered it and and assembled it, it’s a disappointment. Not worth the price. (Also, the company ships via cheapest ground shipping (that’s the free option). FEDEX promised it Wednesday, then Thursday, then out for delivery on Friday…. Didn’t arrive until Saturday, and I had to call FEDEX to have them locate the box. Some if this is FEDEX’s fault, some of it is due the “cheapest shipping” selected by the company to maximize their profits) I would pass on the chair, and probably pass on the company too.

Sturdy as all get out. This is a once in every five+ years of abuse chair. May last you forever. I'm tough on chairs. Everything is good quality. Easy on the butt. I'm a big guy, and this is a comfy chair.
