Got these to help with depression from quitting smoking. Actually quit for 7 weeks but found myself spiralling into a deep depression which was getting worse. Not wanting to start again as I usually do I done some research into supplements and found these which contain all of the ingredients I was looking for. Didn’t notice much on the first day but on the second day my depression was gone and I have more energy, think they have helped to balance out my brain chemistry only wish I tried them 7 weeks ago save me a lot of misery

These tablets were a waste of money, don't ease cravings at all,if anything makes it worse, what a waste of money

Over the past couple of years, I have fallen into the trap of drinking at home. This has taken its toll on my mental and physical health. So after seeing this product come up during a search, I thought I would give them a go. As other people have stated, on the surface these may seem expensive. However, when I added up all the money spent on alcohol each week, the cost was minor in comparison. I am at the early stages of taking these tablets, but so far, so good. My hope is that they continue to break the cycle of too much drinking alcohol.

Small tablets so ok to swallow, taste not great.

Personally I have found this to be very good product to take along side one’s own will power and determination. Really has helped to balance my mood and aid my mental health. I will continue to take this product throughout my lifelong sobriety. Love it
