Very brittle casing and you want to be careful with the unit if you drop it you could easily break it. I had one of these previously and randomly died. Noticed some battery acid and it as well and was from leaking battery. Decided to take battery out in between uses on this new one just in case and have had no issues.

This item stopped working soon after I purchased it. It didn't matter that I changed batteries. I had it too long to be returned, otherwise I would have returned it. Too bad, these things are great for small muscle groups of the anterior neck and forearms - when they work.

This is absolutely hands down the best pain relief I’ve found for my hands and neck. I was very spectacle when my husband wanted to order this. I agreed to try it. I use it twice a day and noticed a big difference almost immediately.

This is not working. I followed instructions and all but still not working. Device is made of very cheap plastic, unfortunately I couldn’t tell you how it works because I was not able to even get it turned on. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong. The instructions are pretty vague.

Yeah, you hold down the button with the symbol for three seconds and it’s supposed to flash and then show you the numbers that you can increase or decrease and mine as you can see from the video did nothing so I will be returning it Even if it didn’t work if it if I could get it to work, I probably would’ve returned it anyway just based on the fact that it’s cheap plastic. It is extremely hard to hold, especially if you’re trying to use it on your back if it had maybe some ridges or grip on it that would make it a little more user-friendly like I said, especially if you’re trying to do it yourself on your back very difficult. I just kind of try to Place it there but like I said couldn’t get it turned on.

This tool puts out a mild electrical charge that targets pressure points on the body. I bought a chart and book to go along with it that I bought separately. I have always been intrigued with this type of holistic remedy and look forward to learning more about it.
